Visualisation
With a background in perceptual psychology, data science, user interface design, and communication science, I specialise in understanding, describing, and visualising complex systems and how they influence human behaviour. I use visualisation to explore and communicate the dynamics of perception-action systems, by revealing the affordances and metaffordances that underpin behaviour. Such visualisations are designed to reveal patterns and provide insights that may not be apparent through traditional data analysis. By combining rigorous analysis with creative visual design, I can bring a unique approach to analysis, visualisation, and the interface between artificial and natural intelligence.
